Rhelis is a social-first creative agency and production house based in Singapore. We combine content production and performance media within a single team, creating work that is made and measured by the same people. Together with our production arm in Jakarta, we produce 200–300 pieces of content each month for brands across Singapore and Indonesia. Our production and media teams sit together rather than in separate departments, an approach that allows creative decisions to be informed directly by performance data.
- Run the day-to-day for a set of client accounts: requests in, updates out, nothing sitting with you
- Turn client requests and feedback into briefs the production team can actually work from
- Prepare delivery updates, run the check-ins, own the meeting notes and the follow-ups that come out of them
- Chase client approvals and assets before they hold up production, not after
- Flag scope creep and timeline risk to your Account Manager before it becomes a promise to the client
- Keep accurate records of requests, changes and approvals across your accounts
- Around a year in client servicing or client-facing coordination, in an agency, production house or in-house team
- You've written client updates that didn't need a follow-up question to be understood
- Comfortable delivering bad news early, without drama and without hiding it in paragraph four
- You notice when a client's ask has quietly grown beyond what was agreed
- Strong written and spoken English, sufficient for daily client communication
- Willing to have your reasoning reviewed and revised
We believe the best work happens when the people making it and the people measuring it sit together. This role is based in our Singapore office, five days a week. We're upfront about that because it shapes the work: client conversations, briefs and quick calls happen in the room, not over chat. If you require flexibility, please raise this with the hiring team during the interview process.
If something here isn't clear, the answer is probably in the form. We don't review applications sent by email or DM.
